The disruption we’ve been talking about is no longer a distant horizon. It’s here. And today, so is DISRUPT: The Podcast.
The world we live in is shifting in ways both visible and invisible. Some changes crash on top of us. Others seep in, altering the very air we breathe without our noticing until we realize we are in a different place.
For years I have spoken and written about disruption as more than a buzzword. It’s been the reality of our workplaces, our relationships, our communities, and even our play. It’s rarely comfortable. Yet, I have also witnessed that in disruption there’s a paradoxical invitation: that disorientation can bring clarity.
Today, with my colleague and co‑host Eloiza Domingo, I invite you into a journey through what I believe you will find to be a provocative, insightful podcast on how to thrive in the midst of disruption. DISRUPT: The Podcast launches with three full episodes available right now here: https://linktr.ee/DisruptThePod
This show is not about quick solutions or superficially treated concepts. It’s a space for conversation. For wrestling honestly with these jarring times. For hearing from disruptors not bound by convention nor intimidated by uncertainty. They are the Names, the No-names, and the Should-Be-Names. In every case, they offer stories, wisdom, and insights that you will be able to put to use.
We explore disruption along four axis–work, relationships, society, and play. Eloiza and I, along with our guests, linger in the questions, acknowledge the tensions, and look for signs of invention where others only see breakdown.
We hope DISRUPT: The Podcast will become a companion for you in your day-to-day– presence that will provide new ideas for how to live through it with more character, more courage, and more imagination.
Check out the first three episodes! Let the stories and perspectives stir something in you. And let them help you imagine the new ways in which you can transform how you live, work, play, and move through society.
The journey begins today.
